The giant precision payroll system manages the payment of permanent and temporary employees via PAYE, as well as gross payments to limited companies and the self-employed. You can choose to operate your payroll with giant on a bureau basis where we just do the calculations, or on a managed basis where we manage the whole payroll process on your behalf.

Payrolls can be daily, weekly, monthly or with multiple pay-runs in the same period and there are no limits to the number of pay and deduction elements for employees. We offer an online same-day advance facility, SMS and email notification as well as high-volume BACS and CHAPS payments.

Administered by IPP-qualified staff and maintained in line with legislative changes, the giant payroll includes full electronic data interchange with HMRC.

Whether you opt for a bureau or managed basis, online authorisations and reporting are built into the system, so you’re always in control of what is being processed and paid. As with all our solutions, the data that feeds ‘into’ and ‘out of’ the payroll is electronic and automated – including full nominal ledger mapping. We link seamlessly to all systems.

You can choose the standalone payroll service, or combine it with precision billing to create a flexible pay-and-bill solution, or add the precision timesheet management module to provide a full end-to-end timesheet-to-payment solution.
