Successful project management is achieved by our Implementation Consultants undertaking detailed scoping to understand your processes and objectives, reviewing and in some instances challenging them, and discussing and mapping your processes to our solutions.

We will then prepare, discuss and finalize a detailed Project Plan for both parties to agree, from implementation to testing and parallel running, through to sign off for go-live and ongoing review.

Once the solution is live you will have new clearly defined points of contact as well as an ongoing account manager. Regular review meetings will review performance against documented service levels and discuss possible enhancements to meet your changing needs or future efficiencies.
