The process at HML was heavily paper based and focused on admin, meaning the delivery times were slow. HML wanted to improve their candidate experience and time to hire. “We wanted to work with an experienced provider who offer both great advice and great solutions. We also wanted to outsource our pre-employment and background checks, remove flow of paper and emails to applicants by integrating onboarding paperwork into one process.
