Next Stage has plans to increase to a workforce of 450+ employees by the end of 2018. The growth of their organisation means that essential checks are extremely labour intensive and can sometimes be distracting from ensuring a great candidate experience – Next Stage needed a fast and efficient onboarding process.

Next Stage has increased the number of new employees each month by 40%, giant has reduced the number of people waiting to start by 20%. By using giant, Next Stage were able to flag issues quickly, such as incorrect employment dates & job titles.
