Our solution to remove the Off-payroll working legislation risk from you when continuing to engage limited companies, is giant IR35 fee payer where we become the fee payer to the limited companies.
We have over a decade of experience of sitting in the contract chain between agencies / hirers and PSCs for clients such as Alexander Mann Solutions, Cielo and more.
If you decided the worker is inside IR35, then the party contracting with the PSC (the fee payer) is required to account for the appropriate PAYE deductions to HMRC. Failure to comply and calculate the deductions correctly results in financial risk which can be transferred by HMRC to the agency, and then you, the hirer. That’s where giant can help.
